I had several coaching sessions with Isabella. I know her personally and this has helped me enormously. Isabella uses a combination of different tools, such as conversation techniques, energy work and meditations. I was very surprised that I felt so much more positive, calmer and more energetic after a number of sessions. Apart from the many insights I gained and the intuitive ability in which Isabella managed to coach me, a nice bonus was that I was back on the tennis court faster than I thought. How special is that!
